The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly preparing a hydroxyapatite/polylactic acid composite material, then preparing a hydroxyapatite/polylactic acid composite 3D printing stent and chitosan/gelatin composite hydrogel, and finally soaking the prepared hydroxyapatite/polylactic acid composite 3D printing stent in the chitosan/gelatin composite hydrogel. And vacuumizing and freeze-drying are carried out, such that the 3D printing material embedded with the chitosan/gelatin composite hydrogel is prepared. The 3D printing material embedded with the chitosan/gelatin composite hydrogel prepared by the invention has the advantages of degradability of polylactic acid, biological activity and osteogenic ability of hydroxyapatite, and water absorption and soft tissue compatibility of hydrogel.
