The double-body type deep sea salvage workboat comprises a boat body and a salvage device, the salvage device comprises a left driving seat, a right driving seat and a spiral rail located between the left driving seat and the right driving seat, and the left driving seat and the right driving seat are each provided with a driving piece and a linear driving device used for driving the driving piece to move intermittently. A containing groove is formed in the outer side face of the spiral rail, a locking ring is fixed in the containing groove, a plurality of stirring pieces distributed at equal intervals are fixed to the left driving seat, a plurality of hook ring pieces used for being connected with slings and distributed at equal intervals are slidably connected to the right driving seat, and stirring pins of the stirring pieces are located on the track when the locking ring moves upwards. A shackle of the shackle piece is located on the track when the locking ring moves downwards.
