Zusammenfassung: | The present application relates to a method for producing ultra-high-purity pig iron by iron-bath smelting reduction. The method for producing ultra-high-purity pig iron comprises the following steps: screening raw materials for input into a furnace, the raw materials for input into the furnace comprising mineral powder, coal fines, magnesium-containing flux, and limestone powder; pre-heating and pre-oxidizing the mineral powder to remove sulfur and arsenic from the powder; blowing the pre-heated and pre-oxidized ore powder and magnesium-containing flux into a smelting reduction furnace via an ore powder blowing system; blowing the coal fines and limestone powder into the smelting reduction furnace via a coal fines blowing system; by means of controlling the production conditions in the smelting reduction furnace, initial molten iron is produced; desulfurizing the initial molten iron outside the furnace, to obtain ultra-high-purity pig iron. In the method, lower-grade ore powder is fed into the smelting reduction furnace after pre-oxidation is performed, to achieve a 50-80% desulfurization rate and a 30-40% arsenic removal rate; then, by means of controlling the production conditions in the smelting reduction furnace and the desulfurization outside the furnace, ultra-high-purity pig iron is produced; thus the problem of excessive dependence on high-quality raw materials for domestic production of ultra-high-purity pig iron is solved. |
