Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an extraction process for cholesterol. The extraction process comprises the following steps: adding a mixture to be extracted into n-hexane, and stirring same at a constant speed until the mixture is dissolved so as to prepare a dissolved solution; and then adding the dissolved solution into a multi-stage tandem packed column filled with an extracting agent, then starting to take a sample after adding the solution, wherein an effluent is taken once every time 1 mL of the solution is added, and 1 mL of n-hexane is added every time 1 mL of the effluent is taken, collecting the effluent, namely, an extract liquor containing cholesterol, and then subjecting same to vacuum concentration, washing with water and drying to obtain cholesterol. Cholesterol and 24-dehydrocholesterol are first dissolved in n-hexane and then subjected to continuous extraction by means of a prepared extracting agent, and an effluent that flows out is collected, thereby obtaining an extract liquor rich in cholesterol. In the present invention, continuous extraction can be carried out, such that industrial production requirements can be met; and the use of organic solvents is reduced, such that the extraction process is green and environmentally friendly. |
