The method comprises the following steps: acquiring ultrastructure characteristics of tomato leaves under high temperature stress; constructing a tomato leaf gas exchange model based on the ultrastructure characteristics; based on the tomato leaf gas exchange model, obtaining a moisture response function; based on the moisture response function, obtaining an improved tomato leaf gas exchange model; based on an improved tomato leaf gas exchange model, a regulation and control mechanism of influence factors is obtained. The simulation precision of the tomato leaf gas exchange model can be improved, the regulation and control mechanism of tomato leaf gas exchange pore and non-pore factors at different stages of high temperature stress can be disclosed, and the accuracy of a detection result is improved.
