The Nicotiana specific molecular marker provided by the invention achieves rapid and effective identification and detection on the tobacco and the non-tobacco, the scientificity, accuracy and authority of identification and detection work of involved tobacco-making raw materials are improved, judicial risks are reduced, and a powerful judicial evidence is provided for anti-fake and anti-smuggling in monopoly work in the tobacco industry. |
