Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of molecular biology and particularly relates to a Nicotiana specific molecular marker for identifying tobacco and non-tobacco and application of the Nicotiana specific molecular marker. The Nicotiana specific molecular marker has serial numbers of Ntsp027 and Ntsp151, and nucleotide sequences of PCR (polymerase chain reaction) amplification products of the Nicotiana specific molecular marker are respectively shown as SEQ ID No. 1 and SEQ ID No. 2. The application comprises the following steps: carrying out PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) amplification on genome DNA (Deoxyribose Nucleic Acid) of an involved tobacco-making raw material by utilizing the Nicotiana specific molecular marker, detecting whether a specific PCR amplification product nucleotide sequence exists or not, and accordingly, accurately judging whether a tobacco material exists in the involved tobacco-making raw material or not according to the specific PCR amplification product nucleotide sequences. The Nicotiana specific molecular marker provided by the invention achieves rapid and effective identification and detection on the tobacco and the non-tobacco, the scientificity, accuracy and authority of identification and detection work of involved tobacco-making raw materials are improved, judicial risks are reduced, and a powerful judicial evidence is provided for anti-fake and anti-smuggling in monopoly work in the tobacco industry. |
