STABLE WATER-SOLUBLE NANO-SELENIUM AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

The invention discloses stable water-soluble nano-selenium and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps of firstly, enabling tea leaves to be subjected to water extraction to obtain a tea extracting solution, and then mixing buckwheat rice, the tea extracting solution and a sodium selenite aqueous solution, serving as raw materials, to prepare a matrix; enabling the matrix to be inoculated with morchella strains, performing spawn running, collecting morchella hyphae, and performing ultrasonic crushing so as to obtain hypha powder; freezing and crushing the sodium selenite aqueous solution to obtain frozen particles I, and freezing and crushing the ascorbic acid aqueous solution to obtain frozen particles II; and finally, mixing the frozen particles I with the frozen particles II and the mycelium powder, performing freezing and grinding, and performing vacuum drying so as to obtain the product. The obtained nano-selenium can be stored at normal temperature, and is good in stability and water solubility.
