Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a ball-rod double nanostructure enhanced cold water fish gelatin-based edible film and a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: 1) dropwise adding a calcium chloride solution into a sodium alginate solution to obtain calcium alginate pregel, dropwise adding a chitosan hydrochloride solution into the pregel, performing ultrasonic treatment and centrifugation to obtain supernate, and freeze-drying to obtain spherical nanoparticles; 2) soaking and cleaning bagasse, drying, bleaching, adding acid for hydrolysis, centrifugally dialyzing to be neutral, and freeze-drying to obtain cellulose nanocrystals; (3) adding a sorbitol-glycerol plasticizer into the ball-rod double nanostructure enhanced cold water fish gelatin solution, uniformly stirring, and carrying out ultrasonic degassing; 4, treating the coating solution through a tape casting method to obtain the edible film, and meanwhile, improving the performance of the edible film through magnetic treatment. The prepared cold water fish gelatin-based edible film can be used for reducing cracking of cherries in rain, has biodegradability and is safe and non-toxic. |
