Zusammenfassung:A welding strip material separating mechanism, comprising a base (100), a material rack (1), a material separating apparatus (2) and a lifting apparatus (3). The material rack (1) is slidably arranged on the base (100). Welding strips (101) are stacked on the material rack (1). The material separating apparatus (2) comprises a mounting column (21), a depressing assembly (22), a material cutting assembly (23) and a translation assembly. The mounting column (21) is vertically arranged on the base (100). The depressing assembly (22) is slidably arranged on the mounting column (21). The depressing assembly (22) can be partially stacked on the material rack (1). The material cutting assembly (23) comprises a material cutting frame (231) and a material cutting groove (232). The translation assembly is arranged on the mounting column (21). The material cutting frame (231) is slidably arranged on the translation assembly, and the material cutting groove (232) is slidably provided on the material cutting frame (231). The material cutting groove (232) can be partially stacked on the depressing assembly (22). The lifting apparatus (3) comprises a lifting plate (31). The lifting plate (31) is slidably arranged on the mounting column (21), and can be connected to the material rack (1). The material cutting groove (232) and the welding strips (101) have the same shape. The material separation process for welding pieces does not require manual intervention, and features high material separation efficiency. The occurrence of multiple strips sticking together is prevented, and material separation precision is effectively improved. Also provided is a material separation method using the welding strip material separating mechanism.
