FOUR-SIDE-SEALED THREE-DIMENSIONAL BAG PACKAGING MACHINE

The present application discloses a packaging machine for a four-edge sealed three-dimensional bag. The packaging machine is provided with an automatic film supply module at the lower part of a quantitative conveying line, and a punching apparatus cooperates with a three-sealing module for conveying to shape and seal three three-dimensional edges of a three-dimensional bag. By means of the actions above, a coating is introduced to a rear-end bagging conveying line by means of a film guide frame, and at the same time, the rear-end bagging conveying line is docked with the quantitative conveying line. Quantitatively bagged food is introduced into a film, and then the last edge of the film is sealed. After the actions above, the four-edge sealed three-dimensional bag moves to a port sealing module on the rear-end bagging conveying line in a cylindrical unsealed state, and then the bas passes through the port sealing module to hot-melt and seal two ends of the four-edge sealed three-dimensional bag. The present apparatus has a compact structural design, and the formation of the four-edge sealed three-dimensional bag is implemented simultaneously with food packaging, which improves the working efficiency and packaging quality compared to the prior art. The present packaging machine is the ideal packaging machine for four-edge sealed three-dimensional bags.
