DECORATIVE BOARDS, AND PRODUCTION LINES AND PRODUCTION PROCESSES THEREOF

A decorative board, production line and production process thereof. The production line includes a control center, conveying roller bed, pasting device, cutting mechanism, first pressing mechanism, cropping mechanism and a second pressing mechanism all arranged successively along a conveying direction of the conveying roller bed. The pasting device is configured to press the finish material on a decorated surface of the substrate. The cutting mechanism is configured to cut the finish material at a position between the adjacent substrates. The first pressing mechanism is configured to press the edge of the finish material on a side surface and a bottom surface of the substrate. The second pressing mechanism is configured to press the end of the finish material on an end surface and a bottom surface of the substrate. The production line reduces defects such as burring and tearing, and realizes a high degree of automation.
