Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of coal preparation plant coal slime water ore pulp concentration sedimentation and separation control, and discloses an ore pulp centrifugal concentration and separation device for a laboratory. The device is composed of an ore pulp feeding pipe, a feeding port, a feeding conical flow guide plate, an upper conical cover, a bottom plane, a collecting ring grooveouter wall, a collecting ring groove inner wall and the like. The ore pulp feeding pipe extends into the feeding port; the feeding port and the upper conical cover are integrated, the feeding conicalflow guide plate is fixed below the upper conical cover, and the upper conical surface is connected to the bottom plane through an adjusting screw rod; a drainage pipe is located in the center of thebottom plane, and the drainage pipe fixes a gear set, and the other end of the gear set is connected with a shaft of a motor; the motor drives the device to rotate at a high speed to generate a centrifugal field inside the device. The density of fine particles in ore pulp is larger than that of clear water in the ore pulp, so the centrifugal forces borne by the fine particles and the clear water in a centrifugal field are different, the fine particles slide into a collecting ring groove along the inner wall of the upper conical cover, the clear water is gathered to the center along the bottomplane, and finally the particles and the clear water are separated. |
