Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of a metal grid electrode based on an ink-jet printing technology. The preparation method comprises the following steps of preparing regular metal grids ona substrate by the ink-jet printing technology; obtaining the distances between printing lines in the plurality of metal grids; determining a plurality of photoelectric properties of the metal grid electrodes formed by the printing lines according to different distances between the printing lines; and optimizing the plurality of photoelectric properties by regulating and controlling the annealingtemperature, and determining the optimal metal grid electrode. According to the preparation method provided by the invention, the preparation process of the metal grid electrode can be simplified, and material waste and environmental pollution are avoided.
