CODING SEQUENCE OF DROUGHT AND HEAT RESISTANCE GENE MSMBF1C OF MEDICAGO SATAVIA AND USES THEREOF

A nucleotide sequence and an amino acid sequence of Medicago sativa MsMBF1c and application of the MsMBF1c in regulating drought resistance and heat resistance of plants are disclosed, belonging to the field of plant genetic engineering. Drought resistance and resistance to high temperatures of plants are changed through overexpression of the MsMBF1c, thus ensuring plant stress resistance improvement under high-temperature and drought conditions, and facilitating breeding of drought-resisting heat-resistant varieties of forage grass, crops and economic crops so as to relieve harm, on crop yield and quality, caused by high temperature, drought and other environment stress.
