BUFFERRED TABLETS HAVING ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID

In herewith explained invention a new pharmaceutical form, of double layer buffer with acetylsalicylic acid as an active component is protected. Specific formulation is in the presence of buffered substances that increase absorption of acetylsalicylic acid, and at the same time reduce irritation GIT mycosis that can be induced. Hydrolysis of acetylsalicylic acid in alkali environment, that at the same time causes even reduction of its analgetic effect, it is avoided by application of the process for preparation double layer tablets, where one layer contains acetylsalicylic acid and the other buffered system. Ovim pronalaskom se štiti novi farmaceutski oblik, dvoslojne pufer tablete, sa acetilsalicilnom kiselinom kao aktivnom komponentom. Specifičnost formulacije je u prisustvu pufer supstanci koje povećavaju apsorpciju acetilsalicilne kiseline, a istovremeno smanjuju iritaciju GIT mukoze koju ona može izazvati. Hidroliza acetilsalicilne kiseline u alkalnoj sredini, koja ujedno uslovljava i smanjenje njenog analgetskog efekta, izbegnuta je primenom postupka za izradu dvoslojnih tableta, kod kojih jedan sloj sadrži acetilsalicilnu kiselinu, a drugi pufer sistem.[In herewith explained invention a new pharmaceutical form, of double layer buffer with acetylsalicylic acid as an active component is protected.
