Herewith described compound is (+)-(2S,3S)-2-(3-chloryphenyl)-3,5,5-trymethyl-2-morpohylinol and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts and solvates, pharmaceutical preparations containing them, and there is also a description of the method for treating depression, disorder of hyperactivity with lessening of attention (ADHD), obesity, migraine, pain, sexual dysfunction, Parkinson disease and Alzheimer's syndrome, cocaine addiction or of the products containing nicotine (particularly tobacco) by means of using this compound, its salts, solvates and preparations.
