Zusammenfassung:A composite panel comprises two facing layers 1 e.g. of aluminium and at least one core layer 3 having a shear modulus G of 0.01 to 0.5 N/MM , e.g. a foamed polyurethane, optionally bonded by adhesive 2, e.g. a polyurethane or epoxy resin. In the embodiment of Fig. 4, additional stiff layers 4 are included on the composite. The composite panel 4 may be used in curtain walls, balcony side walls and doors.
