MODULE FOR PRINTING FOIL FOR PRINTING IN GOLD, HOLOGRAM AND KINEGRAM

The module is a technical totality which makes three mutual constructional independent parts: - for securing and control of procedural temperatures on the heated plate (10) by thermo regulator (20). - For horizontal leading of foil For controlled horizontal movement and leading of printing in gold foil, hologram and kinegram with the help of PC computers (31) with software, controller (19) with inputs from the giver (27) of tempo machine and optical giver (24) with regulator senses which secures controlled work of the mechanism section (15) and DC motor (29) and (30). The module secures universal use of the machine for application of all applicator elements (printing in gold in the whole diapason of colors, holograms and kinegram) in conditions of pressure of repressive plate of machine onto the heated plate (10). Modul je tehnološka celina koju čine tri medjusobno konstrukcijski zavisna dela: - za obezbedjenje i kontrolu procesne temperature na grejnoj ploči (10) termoregulatorom (20), - za horizontalno vodjenje folija; - za kontrolisano horizontalno koračno pomeranje folija zlatotiska, holograma i kinegrama pomoću PC računara (31) sa softverom, kontrolera (19) sa inputima iz davača (27) takta i optičkog davača (24) sa regulatorom osetljivosti, kojima se obezbedjuje kontrolisani rad pogonskog mehanizma (15) i DC motora (29) i (30).
