Zusammenfassung:	The novel compounds having anti-inflammatory activity are of the formula R1 to R4 and n are defined in Patent Claim 1. The same activity is also exhibited by the pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts of the compounds mentioned, in which n has the value 0 or in which at least one of the radicals R2 and R3, independently, represents 3-pyridyl, and the pharmaceutically acceptable metal salts of the compounds mentioned, in which R4 is hydrogen and n has the value 1 or 2.
