Pronalazak se odnosi na nove dihidropirimidotiazin derivate, postupak za njihovo dobijanje, farmaceutske preparate koji obuhvata iste i nove intermedijere korisne u dobivanju pomenutih dihidropirimidotiazinskih derivata. Novi dihidropiromidotiazinski derivati opšte formule I gde R1 je C1-6alkoksi, amino ili fenilamino, R2 je C1-6alkil ili fenil, R3 je vodonik ili C1-6 alkil, i R4 označava C1-11alkil ili fenil po izboru koji nosi 1 ili više identičnih ili različitih supstituenata odabranih od halogena, nitro, amino, di-(C1-6alkil)-amino, C1-6alkil, C1-6alkoksi i hidroksi, i farmaceutski prihvatljive njihove kiselinske adicione soli koji pokazuju vredne antianginalne i/ili antiinflamatorne efekte i koji su primenljivi u terapiji. The invention relates to new dihydropyrimidothiazine derivatives, a process for the preparation thereof, pharmaceutical compositions comprising the same and new intermediates useful in the preparation of the said dihydropyrimidothiazine derivatives. The new dihydropyrimidothiazine derivatives of the general formula I, I wherein R1 represents C1-6 alkoxy, amino or phenylamino, R2 stands for C1-6 alkyl or phenyl, R3 represents hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl, and R4 denotes C1-11 alkyl or phenyl optionally bearing one or more identical or different substituent/s/ selected from halogen, nitro, amino, di-(C1-6 alkyl)-amino, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy and hydroxy, and pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof exert valuable antianginal and/or antiinflammatory effect/s/ and are useful in therapy.
