A METHOD AND A DEVICE FOR DIVIDING A PAPER WEB AND A PAPER MACHINE INCLUDING SUCH A DEVICE

A method of dividing a formed paper web (1) into at least two part-webs (8, 9) during production of creped paper in a paper machine having a cylinder (3) with an adhesive coating to which the web adheres. According to the invention the web is divided in conjunction with the cylinder by one part-web being detached by scraping from the envelope surface at a first web-detaching point (10) while the other part-web (9), still adhered to the envelope surface, accompanies this surface to a second web-detaching point (11) situated downstream, to be detached by scraping from the envelope surface, at least one part-web being creped off. The invention also relates to a device and a paper machine including such a device having doctor blades (14, 18) forming said web-detaching points. L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de diviser une bande papier formée (1) en au moins deux parties bande (8, 9) pendant la production de papier crêpé dans une machine papier dotée d'un cylindre (3) pourvu d'un revêtement adhésif auquel la bande adhère. Selon l'invention, la bande est divisée en relation avec le cylindre: une partie bande est détachée par raclage de la surface extérieure au premier point de détachement (10) tandis que l'autre partie bande (9) continue à adhérer à la surface extérieure, accompagnant cette surface jusqu'à un deuxième point de détachement (11) situé en aval, en vue d'être détachée de la surface extérieure par raclage, au moins une partie bande étant détachée crêpée. L'invention concerne également un dispositif et une machine papier comprenant un tel dispositif doté de racles (14, 18) constituant les points de détachement de la bande.
