Zusammenfassung:	An extended wear developer sleeve coating formulation that provides optimum print quality for a toner cartridge that prints 30,000 pages. The coating formulation contains a unique coupling agent which acts to chemically bond the graphite material and the phenolic resin components of the formulation together, even at high graphite loads, to increase the cohesive strength of the coating and improve its wear resistance. L'invention concerne une formulation de revêtement de manchon de développateur, à durée de vie prolongée, permettant d'obtenir une qualité optimale d'impression pour une cartouche d'encre toner imprimant 30000 pages. Cette formulation contient un agent de couplage agissant de manière à fixer chimiquement ensemble le matériau graphite et les constituants de résine phénolique, même à des charges de graphite élevées, afin d'augmenter la force de cohésion du revêtement et augmenter la résistance à l'usure de celui-ci.
