The capacitor of the present invention exhibits improved specific characteristics and has a lower cost. Cette invention concerne un condensateur possédant une couche électrique double, lequel comprend une électrode qui est faite d'un matériau poreux à base de carbone tandis que l'autre électrode est faite d'un matériau contenant du sulfate de plomb. Ce condensateur possède de meilleures caractéristiques spécifiques ainsi qu'un moindre coût.
