DECORATIVE COSMETIC O/W EMULSION

Die Erfindung betrifft eine dekorative kosmetische O/W-Emulsion, die eine dauerhafte Wirkung durch lange Haftung auf der Haut aufweist, in allen Bereichen der dekorativen Kosmetik einsetzbar ist, farbstabil ist und hohe Anteile teilchenförmiger Stoffe bei sehr guten Feuchtigkeitseigenschaften enthalten kann. Die Emulsion enthält 0,1 bis 3 Gew.-% eines kationischen Gels oder Gelgemisches, das im Gemisch mit Wasser und mit dem Gel kompatiblen pulverförmigen Komponenten für dekorative Zwecke und gegebenenfalls anderen Wirkstoffen, Trägerstoffen oder Gemischen davon ein positives Zeta-Potential der Emulsion im Bereich von +5 bis +45 mV bei einem pH-Wert von 3,0 bis 8,0 ausbildet, und in der wässrigen Gelphase der Emulsion sind ohne Zusatz eines Emulgators 5 bis 30 Gew.-% einer Ölphase stabil dispergiert.
