Zusammenfassung: | There is disclosed a line for producing hydrated oil and vegetable phospholipids comprising a mixer, a coagulator-expositor, an oil sump incorporating inlet and outlet collectors and separating elements, a dryer for hydrated oil and a dryer to produce vegetable phospholipids, said dryers being connected in series. The mixer is a stator with rotating electromagnetic field windings, a rotor being located inside said stator. Said stator and rotor are encased in sleeves made of a magneto-permeable material, with a gap between said stator and rotor of 0.2 - 2 mm. Said stator and rotor are inter-located such that rotating electromagnetic field lines of force intersect a circular gap. A body of said coagulator-expositor is made cylindrical with a cover and a bottom being shaped spherical, the ratio of the cylindrical body diameter to its heights is chosen to be 1:2 - 1:3, with its volume being 1 - 4 cub. m. The separating elements of said oil sump are in the form of a set of plates located parallel to one another at a distance of 5 - 50 mm and set at an angle of 30 - 60 DEG with the horizontal. The line is additionally equipped with magnetic processing apparatuses provided upstream from the coagulator-expositor, the dryer for hydrated oil and the dryer to produce vegetable phospholipids and made in the form of solenoid-type apparatuses each comprising a cylindrical body with constant field windings and a core mounted inside the body; said core and body are inter-located to form a circular gap intersected by constant magnetic field lines of force. |
