Zusammenfassung:	A method and system for the unambiguous input and conversion of Braille into character representations requiring multiple bytes per character, such as Kanji. The system provides both an input means for Braille code and the means to disambiguate the text in its multi-byte character representation, as well as storing the text for subsequent use by both sighted and non-sighted users. La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système permettant de saisir et de convertir de manière non ambiguë le braille en des représentations de caractères nécessitant plusieurs octets par caractère, tels les caractères Kanji. Le système de la présente invention constitue à la fois un moyen de saisie du code braille et un moyen de lever l'ambigüité du texte dans sa représentation de caractères à plusieurs octets; il permet également de stocker le texte afin que ce dernier puisse être utilisé ultérieurement tant par les utilisateurs voyants que par les non-voyants.
