FLUORINATED ORGANOSILICON COMPOUNDS AND PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION THEREOF

Fluorinated organosilicon compounds of general formula (1), useful as water- and oil-repellent and other various industrial materials required to exhibit stain resistance, mold release properties or various other performances, or as raw materials thereof. In the general formula (1), A is a specific organic group having a polyfluorohydrocarbon group; R and R are each independently a divalent organic group; R to R are each independently a monovalent organic group; a is an integer of 1 or above; and b is an integer of 0 or above.
