L'invention concerne l'interaction entre PP2Ac et eRF1. L'invention traite d'un procédé pour identifier des modulateurs de l'expression protéique, consistant à identifier des agents affectant l'interaction entre PP2A et eRF1. L'invention a aussi pour objet des systèmes de détection comprenant des procédés selon l'invention, et des modulateurs de la synthèse protéique qui ciblent l'interaction eRF1-PP2A.
