Zusammenfassung:	A method for detecting an interaction between two proteins while eliminating false positive interactions, the method being particularly useful for application in the two-hybrid system and for the screening of libraries of unknown proteins. In a two-hybrid system employing the method, two different reporter genes having different promoters and two different DNA-binding domains which specifically bind to those promoters, are used. Procédé de détection d'une interaction entre deux protéines et d'élimination concomitante de fausses interactions positives, ce précédé étant notamment utile dans l'application du système à deux hybrides et le criblage de banques de protéines inconnues. Dans un système à deux hybrides mettant en oeuvre ce procédé, on utilise deux gènes reporters différents possédant des promoteurs différents et deux domaines de liaison de l'ADN différents qui se lient spécifiquement à ces promoteurs.
