Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to compositions of thermostable DNA polymerases derived from the hyperthermophilic eubacteria. In particular, the present invention comprises thermostable DNA polymerases from the hyperthermophilic eubacterium known as Thermotoga neapolitana. The present invention provides methods for utilizing naturally-occurring and non-naturally-occurring forms of T. neapolitana DNA polymerase. The T. neapolitana DNA polymerases of the present invention are used in combination with other compounds, including but not limited to pyrophosphatase and DNA polymerases from other thermophilic or hyperthermophilic organisms. La présente invention concerne des compositions d'ADN polymérases de nature thermostable issues de l'eubactérie hyperthermophile. En l'occurrence, la présente invention concerne des ADN polymérases de nature thermostable issues de l'eubactérie hyperthermophile dénommée Thermotoga neapolitana. L'invention concerne également des procédés d'utilisation des formes existant à l'état naturel ainsi que des formes n'existant par à l'état naturel de l'ADN polymérase de Thermotoga neapolitana. Les ADN polymérases de Thermotoga neapolitana de la présente invention s'utilisent en combinaison avec d'autres composés comprenant notamment la pyrophosphatase et les ADN polymérases d'autres organismes thermophiles ou hyperthermophiles.
