La présente concerne un nouveau procédé de préparation d'une protéine contre l'obésité à l'aide d'une dipeptidylaminopeptidase isolée à partir de moisissure visqueuse cellulaire, à savoir Dictyostelium discodeum. Ce procédé permet de produire une protéine contre l'obésité en grandes quantités.
