La présente invention concerne un appareil destiné à couper une culture de tissu végétal. Il comprend un quadrillage de lames coupantes (30) et un quadrillage d'éléments servant à presser les matières de force (40) et présentant des interstices traversants, de telle sorte que les matières résiduelles peuvent passer par ces interstices, évitant d'obstruer le quadrillage d'éléments de pressage (40).
