Zusammenfassung:	A method for purifying mRNA comprising 1) lysing the cells in guanidine isothiocyanate, 2) hybridizing the mRNA to a biotinylated oligo dT probe, 3) adding blocking or masking particles which agglomerate in high salt, 4) centrifuging the mixture, 5) adding colloidal magnetic particles coated with streptavidin, and 5) removing the double-stranded nucleic acid bound to the magnetic particles by inserting a magnetic probe into the lysate solution. This process allows for controllably creating agglomerates from particles of colloidal dimensions. Procédé de purification d'ARNm consistant à effectuer 1) la lyse des cellules dans de l'isothiocyanate de guanidine, 2) l'hybridation de l'ARNm à une sonde dT oligo biotinylée, 3) l'apport de particules de blocage ou de masquage s'agglomérant dans un sel à concentration élevée, 4) la centrifugation du mélange, 5) l'apport de particules magnétiques colloïdales revêtues de streptavidine et 6) la suppression de l'acide nucléique à double brin fixé aux particules magnétiques par introduction d'une sonde magnétique dans la solution de lysat. Ce procédé permet de commander un processus de création d'agrégats à partir de particules de dimensions colloïdales.
