La présente invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé permettant d'éliminer d'un fluide conducteur une substance chargée. Le procédé consiste en l'application d'un champs électrostatique sur le fluide conducteur, un élément récepteur de substance chargée, caractérisé par un noyau en matériau conducteur et une surface extérieure en matériau non conducteur, attirant et retenant la substance chargée.
