L'invention concerne un système destiné à l'imagerie orthopédique consistant en une réserve d'éléments de radiographie à faible niveau de surimpression et asymétriques du point de vue sensitométrique, ainsi qu'en des cassettes munies de divers écrans renforçateurs à l'avant et à l'arrière pour produire des images des os d'une qualité optimale et des images de la chair qui les entoure d'une grande utilité.
