Zusammenfassung:	An improved pharmaceutical composition useful in ophthalmic surgery is described. The composition includes a mydriatic agent, such as epinephrine in an acidic solution. The acidic solution preferably also contains glutathione. The composition is preferably formulated as a two-part solution, with the mydriatic agent being included in a relatively small volume, acid solution, and one or more electrolytes being included in a neutral, buffered solution having a relatively large volume. L'invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique améliorée utile en chirurgie ophtalmique. Cette composition inclut un agent mydriatique tel que l'épinéphrine dans une solution acide qui contient aussi de préférence du glutathion. Cette composition est formulée de préférence sous la forme d'une solution en deux parties, l'agent mydriatique étant contenu dans une solution acide de relativement faible volume et un ou plusieurs électrolytes étant contenus dans une solution tamponnée neutre de volume relativement important.
