Zusammenfassung:New compounds are proposed based on palladium and on derivatives of aromatic amines of the following general formula (I): [NH2R1R2]2PdCl4 in which R1 is a group with formula (II) where Y = H; OH; NO2; X1=H; OH; X2=OH; CH3; X3=H; CH3; CH2OH; and R2=CH3; C2H5, having radiomodifying activity and capable of being used in medicine. The compounds are effective to be introduced in the organism both before and after gamma radiation, as well as at chronic radiations with small doses. A method of obtaining the claimed compounds is also proposed. L'invention concerne de nouveaux composés à base de palladium et de dérivés d'amines aromatiques de la formule générale (I): [NH2R1R2]2PdCl4, dans laquelle R représente un groupe de la formule (II), dans laquelle Y = H; OH; NO2; X1=H; OH; X2=OH; CH3; X3=H; CH3; CH2OH; et R2=CH3; C2H5, ayant une activité de radiomodification et que l'on peut utiliser en médecine. Les composés peuvent être introduits efficacement dans l'organisme à la fois avant et après une irradiation gamma, ainsi qu'une irradiation chronique à faibles doses. L'invention concerne également un procédé d'obtention des composés revendiqués.
