COAXIAL CABLE PLUG/COUPLING

A coaxial cable plug or a coaxial coupling comprising an outer conductor contact element (7), an insulating body (8) for supporting the pin (9) or socket of the plug or coupling, or for supporting directly the inner conductor (3) of the coaxial cable (2), and a contacting cutting cylinder (12) for penetrating the coaxial cable (2) to contact the outer conductor (5) thereof. The outer conductor contact element (7), the insulating body (8) and the pin (9) or socket (if present) of the plug or coupling are fixedly connected to each other at the factory for ease of handling by the end user. The outer conductor contact element (7) and the contacting cutting cylinder (12) are supplied as separate parts. Une fiche ou un raccordement pour un câble coaxial comprend un élément de contact du conducteur externe (7), un corps isolant (8) portant la broche (9) ou la douille de la fiche ou du raccordement, ou encore portant directement le conducteur interne (3) du câble coaxial (2), et un cylindre coupant le contact (12) pénétrant dans le câble coaxial (2) pour établir le contact avec le conducteur externe (5) de celui-ci. L'élément de contact du conducteur externe (7), le corps isolant (8) et la broche (9) ou la douille (si présente) de la fiche ou du raccordement sont connectés ensemble à l'usine d'une manière permanente, pour faciliter l'emploi par l'utilisateur. L'élément de contact du conducteur externe (7) et le cylindre coupant pour établir le contact (12) sont fournis comme éléments séparés.
