Zusammenfassung:	A substantially purified antigen derived from a first parasitic nematode species which, when administered to a host animal, is capable of protecting the host animal from infestation by a second parasitic nematode species, wherein the first and second parasitic nematode species may be the same or different, and the antigen has an apparent molecular weight of 40 kD as determined by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. Antigène sensiblement purifié, dérivé d'une première espèce de nématode parasitaire, qui, lorsqu'il est administré à un hôte, permet de protéger l'hôte contre l'infestation par une seconde espèce de nématode parasitaire, les première et seconde espèces de nématodes pouvant être identiques ou différentes. L'antigène présente un poids moléculaire apparent de 40 kD, déterminé, dans des conditions réductrices, par SDS-PAGE (électrophorèse sur gel de dodécylsulfate de sodium et de polyacrylamide).
