Zusammenfassung:	Methods of inhibiting tumor growth and development are described in which a combination of anti-tumor antibodies and biologically active agents, such as chemotherapeutic drugs, are utilized. The combination of anti-tumor antibody, such as the BR96 antibody, with a chemotherapeutic drug, such as doxorubicin or mitomycin C, is shown to produce a synergistic effect to inhibit tumor development and tumor cell growth. L'invention concerne des méthodes d'inhibition de la croissance et du développement de tumeurs selon lesquelles on utilise une combinaison d'anticorps anti-tumeur et des agents biologiquement actifs tels que les médicaments chimiothérapiques. La combinaison de l'anticorps anti-tumeur tel que l'anticorps BR96, avec un médicament chimiothérapique tel que la doxorubicine ou la mitomycine C, produit, selon l'invention, un effet synergique d'inhibition du développement des tumeurs et de la croissance des cellules tumorales.
