Un procédé d'obturation d'au moins une cuvette sur un certain nombre de cuvettes comportant des ouvertures dirigées vers le haut, prévues dans une plaque et servant à recevoir des substances chimiques et/ou biochimiques et/ou microbiologiques, la plaque étant thermiquement déformable et les ouvertures aboutissant à la face supérieure de la plaque.
