Zusammenfassung:	A pneumatic dilator of the esophagus comprises an inflatable chamber (1) provided with an air conducting tube (5) and embracing a bushing (2) made of a rigid material. The dilator is used in combination with an endoscope (3) which is passed through said bushing (2), the internal surface of the bushing (2) being made smooth for that purpose and the endoscope (3) being provided with a stop (4) for limiting the movement of the bushing (1) along it. Un dilatateur pneumatique de l'oesophage comprend une chambre gonflable (1), dotée d'un tube (5) d'acheminement d'air, et comportant un manchon (2) en matière rigide. On utilise ledit dilatateur de manière combinée avec un endoscope (3) que l'on fait passer dans ledit manchon (2), la surface interne de ce dernier (2) étant lisse pour permettre le passage de l'endoscope, ce dernier (3) comportant une butée (4) destinée à limiter le mouvement dudit manchon (1) le long dudit endoscope.
