This facilitates the final assembly of the distributor cap and ensures that the shielding cap is properly earthed. Pour assurer le fonctionnement parfait d'un véhicule à moteur en réduisant au minimum le rayonnement perturbateur, il convient de dissiper près de son site d'origine le rayonnement perturbateur dû au système et se produisant pendant le fonctionnement du véhicule. Le rayonnement perturbateur qui se produit dans un allumeur (10) est absorbé par une capot de blindage (26) entourant le capuchon d'allumeur (16), et transféré par l'intermédiaire d'un disque (24) qui est partiellement injecté dans le capot de blindage (26) et rendu solidaire de la douille (18), au moyen des forces de pression des vis à tête (14) sur l'enveloppe (12) de l'allumeur (10), et ainsi réduit au potentiel terre.
