Zusammenfassung:	A manual food service system is provided for precluding a food server from touching currency or other items which may contaminate food. The system includes food preparation and assembly stations cooperable with an order payment station for receiving a token representing a certain value, for determining and updating the value of the token to account for the cost of an entered food order. Système de service de produits alimentaires manuel, conçu pour empêcher qu'un serveur de produits alimentaires ne touche à de l'argent ou à tout autre article qui puisse contaminer les produits alimentaires. Le système comprend des postes de préparation et d'emballage des produits alimentaires, pouvant coopérer avec un poste de paiement de commande destiné à recevoir un jeton représentant une certaine valeur, à déterminer et à actualiser la valeur du jeton pour qu'elle corresponde au prix d'une commande de produits alimentaires entrée.
