Zusammenfassung: | There is disclosed a tubular device which is used for fixing bones and joints; this enables, by means of transbone pins, to firmly bring to a standstill bony fragments in the desired positions. The tubular device is comprised of external cylindrical sleeves each of them consisting of three parts (X) (Y) (Z) which are consecutively connectable by their ends by means of an external thread (1) and an internal thread (2). The middle part (Z) presents a circumferential slot (3) having semicircular divisions (5). Inside the sleeve an internal cylinder having two holes may rotate. The pin passes through the slot (3) and through the holes of the internal cylinder (7) and may rotate perpendicularly to the axis of the external sleeve. The shoulder (6) secures the pin which is carried by the preceding sleeve when connecting the successive sleeves. The sleeves may be used as toggle joint between different tutors, due to the rotatory power of the pins in the slot of the external sleeve.
Dispositif tubulaire qui sert à fixer les os et les articulations; ce qui permet moyennant des fiches transosseuses d'immobiliser solidement des fragments osseux dans les positions voulues. Il est constitué de manchons cylindriques externes fait chacun de trois parties (X) (Y) (Z) raccordables successivement par leurs extrémités moyennant un filetage externe (1) et un filetage interne (2). La partie moyenne (Z) comporte une fente circonférentielle (3) ayant des divisions semi-circulaires (5). A l'intérieur du manchon tourne un cylindre interne comportant deux trous. La fiche passe par la fente (3) et par les trous du cylindre interne (7) elle tourne perpendiculairement à l'axe du manchon externe. L'épaulement (6) immobilise la fiche qui est portée par le manchon précédent, lors du raccordement des manchons successifs. Les manchons peuvent servir comme rotule de raccordement entre des tuteurs différents, moyennant le pouvoir rotatoire des fiches dans la fente du manchon externe. |
