Zusammenfassung:The present pipeline consists of coaxially mounted and rigidly interconnected envelopes the inner one being made of non-hermetical and hermetical layers (3, 4) and the totality of the envelopes being saturated with a binding agent (5) and thus cemented together in a single monolith while the external envelope (1) is made of the ground (2). The method consists in forming an opening (11) and introducing into it non-hermetical and hermetical layers (3, 4) of the inner envelope, saturating the ground (2) and the inner envelope with a binding agent (5) and enlargening, with simultaneous consolidation, of the totality of the envelopes by means of creation of an excessive pressure of a working agent inside the pipeline (9). The device comprises propulsor (16) on the frame (17) of which are mounted a working organ (18) for forming the opening (11) in the ground (2) and a mechanism for inserting in the formed opening (11) the layers of the inner envelope of the pipeline (9), that mechanism consisting of two units (19 and 20), one of which is mounted stationarily above the opening (11) and is intended for inserting the hermetical layers (4) of the envelope whereas the other is mounted on the propulsor (16) and is used for inserting the non-hermetical layers (3) in the opening (11), the device being also provided with a means (21) for fixation of the edges (15) of the layers of the envelope mounted at the starting point of forming those layers. Le pipeline consiste en des enveloppes montées coaxialement et reliées de manière rigide, l'enveloppe intérieure étant constituée de couches non-hermétique et hermétique (3, 4), et la totalité des enveloppes étant saturée avec un agent de liaison (5) et cimentée ensemble pour donner une structure monolithique, l'enveloppe extérieure (1) étant constituée par la terre (2). Le procédé consiste à former une ouverture (11) et à y introduire les couches non-hermétique et hermétique (3, 4) de l'enveloppe intérieure, à saturer la terre (2) et l'enveloppe interne avec un agent de liaison (5) et à élargir l'ensemble des enveloppes, tout en les consolidant, en créant une pression excessive dans un agent de travail amené à l'intérieur du pipeline (9).
