Zusammenfassung:	A germicidal composition consists of an aqueous suspension of hydrophilic lipid crystals of 1-monolaurin, and preferably also 1-monomyristin, in a quantity of 20-30% by weight, and hydrogen peroxide in a quantity 0.2-5% by weight. The hydrophilic lipid crystals stabilize the hydrogen peroxide, to the effect that the composition retains its germicidal power even after having been stored for a long time. Also, the peroxide disintegrates slowly when the composition has been applied onto skin or mucous membrane. Une composition germicide consiste en une suspension aqueuse de cristaux lipides hydrophiles de 1-monolaurine, et de preference egalement de 1-monomyristine, en une quantite de 20-30% en poids, et d'eau oxygenee en une quantite de 0,2-5% en poids. Les cristaux liquides hydrophiles stabilisent l'eau oxygenee avec, comme resultat, que la composition retient son pouvoir germicide meme apres un stockage de longue duree. De meme, le peroxyde se desintegre lentement lorsque la composition a ete appliquee sur la peau ou une membrane muqueuse.
