Un procede de preparation de contacts et d'electrodes d'appareils electriques a vide consiste a influencer la surface des contacts et des electrodes avec un flux thermique concentre de 104 a 106w/cm2 sous vide ou sous atmosphere inerte pendant 21 a 100m/sec avec refroidissement ulterieur de la surface de ces contacts et de ces electrodes a une vitesse de diminution de la temperature de 104 a 106k/sec.
