Une analyse pour l'interferon comprend deux anticorps de l'interferon, l'un marque et au moins l'un etant un anticorps monoclonal. L'anticorps non marque est fixe de maniere appropriee sur un support solide tel que des gouttes de polystyrene et l'anticorps marque est un anticorps monoclonal radiomarque, p.ex. 125I-NK2.
